What does one user pay for accounting and Phase 2?
Prices as published on the vendors' pages on 28 September 2026, in SAR per month with the annual-billing rate in brackets. Most vendors publish before 15% VAT; Xrero's prices are before VAT, added to the payment total. Xrero costs less when one or two users need POS and inventory with e-invoicing in a single licence, and more for teams of three or more that need accounting only.

Not in general. At the prices published on 28 September 2026, a single user who needs accounting and Phase 2 only finds cheaper options (Zoho Books 69, Daftra 75–99, Mezan SAR 95 a month), and from three users up the per-company plans cost less. Xrero costs less when one or two users need POS, inventory and e-invoicing in one licence with no add-ons: SAR 85–101 against 200–230 for Qoyod with a POS user and 120–144 for Mezan. Is there a minimum number of users?
No. The licence is SAR 101 per user per month, or SAR 85 per user per month on the annual plan. You can start with one user and add more whenever you need.
What is included in setup?
Migration of your customers, products and opening balances, training on your own invoices in Arabic or English, then go-live. Packages differ in the number of apps and the go-live time: 2 apps in about 2 weeks on Starter, 5 apps in about 3 weeks on Growth, and 10 apps in 4 to 5 weeks on Business.
Can I add apps later?
Yes. You can add any app after go-live for SAR 816 per app, paid once, the same way as the setup packages.
