Who we are and what these terms cover
S I F International Company, a limited liability company based in Riyadh, commercial registration 7050213813, national address Al Sulaimaniyah, Riyadh 12231 ("we" or "the Company"), provides setup, training and support services for the Xrero system in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Xrero is a cloud ERP developed and operated by Xrero for Information Technology Network Services, Dubai, United Arab Emirates ("the Developer"), and hosted on cloud servers in Frankfurt (EU) with daily backups. The software licence itself is currently contracted with and billed by the Developer under its terms published at xrero.com/terms.
These terms apply to your use of sif.xrero.com and of the Company's services in the Kingdom. By using the website or ordering our services you accept these terms.
Account and trial
You can create a trial workspace for 15 days without a credit card. Nothing is charged during the trial, and it ends automatically unless you subscribe.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you register, for the confidentiality of your and your users' credentials, and for everything done through your account. We recommend two-factor login for every user.
Subscription and payment
The licence is priced per user per month, on a monthly or an annual plan. Annual plans renew automatically at the end of their term unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Prices on this website are shown in Saudi riyals for reference. Billing is currently in UAE dirhams through the Developer (AED 1 ≈ SAR 1.02). Any change to the billing currency or the billing party will be announced on this page before it takes effect.
Applicable taxes are added at invoicing. Late payment may lead to suspension of access to the workspace under the Developer's terms.
Setup and training packages
Setup packages are paid once and cover the migration of customers, products and opening balances, system configuration, and training of your team on your own invoices in Arabic or English, according to the number of apps in the chosen package. An app can be added later for a one-time fee.
The go-live periods stated on the website (two to eight weeks) are estimates and depend on receiving the required data on time and on your team's availability for training.
Like the licence, setup packages are currently invoiced in UAE dirhams (AED 1 ≈ SAR 1.02). Setup fees pay for work performed and are refundable only before any work starts, as set out in the refund policy.
E-invoicing and compliance with ZATCA requirements
Xrero generates the integration-phase documents (tax invoices, simplified tax invoices, credit notes and debit notes) in XML and transmits them to the Fatoora platform of the Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority. Onboarding uses a one-time code (OTP) that you generate in your own Fatoora portal; we never hold your Fatoora login, and the Authority's certificates are issued to your business, not to us.
We make no claim that the Authority has listed or endorsed the software unless and until it decides so. Your business remains responsible for the accuracy of its invoice data, for its tax registration, and for meeting the Authority's requirements and the wave dates notified to it. We cannot guarantee that the Authority will accept a document whose data contains a user error.
Acceptable use
- Use the system for lawful purposes and in compliance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom.
- Do not attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other customers' data.
- Do not resell or rent the service or reverse-engineer the software.
- Do not use the system to send unsolicited messages or unlawful content.
Your data
All data you enter in your workspace remains yours. You can export your invoices and records at any time, and the service keeps an archive of your tax documents for six years as the regulations require. Personal data is processed according to the privacy policy published on this website.
Daily backups of your workspace are kept. We access your data only as far as needed to provide support, at your request, or where required by law.
Availability and support
We aim to keep the service available around the clock; it may be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service and work to restore it as fast as possible.
Support is available on WhatsApp and email on working days, with replies the same working day.
Cancellation and refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time, and your access continues until the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by the refund policy published on this website, which includes a 30-day money-back guarantee on the first subscription payment.
After the subscription ends your data remains available for export for 30 days and is then deleted, except for what must be retained by law.
Intellectual property
The software, its design and its trademark belong to the Developer; this website and its content belong to the Company. These terms give you no right in the software other than the right to use it under your licence. Your data and content remain yours.
Limitation of liability
The system is a tool that helps you run your business; accounting and tax decisions remain yours and your business's responsibility. We are not liable for indirect loss or lost profit, and our total liability for our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services in the twelve months before the claim, to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version is published on this page with its effective date, and we notify you by email of any material change before it takes effect.
Governing law and jurisdiction
The Company's services and these terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute arising from them is heard by the competent judicial authorities in Riyadh. The software licence contracted with the Developer is governed by the Developer's terms published at xrero.com/terms, which apply the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
